Emanuela Ferretti (1971), studied Architecture at University of Florence (1990-1996), and received her PhD on 2004 (History of Architecture), after Degree of Specialization in Art History at University of Siena (1997-2000).
She teaches History of architecture at University of Florence from 2005 as contract professor.
She was Postdoctoral Fellow in History of Architecture from 2005 until 2009, at University of Florence and Siena.
Among her studies, Emanuela Ferretti pointed out the relationships between patrons, artist,
buildings and materials in Renaissance. Another important Ferretti's sector of research is the modalities in the project communication from Renaissance to Contemporaneity.
